The initial consultation lasts about an hour. Dr. Mehta, a double board-certified cardiologist, venous disease doctor and hormone expert, will meet with you and discuss your health history, symptoms and lifestyle.

Bloodwork

Your consultation also includes bloodwork. More than just a lipid profile and blood count, we order extensive tests that look at hormones, nutrients, blood sugar and other important markers as well.

Review

Dr. Mehta will review your results in detail, explain what everything means and answer your questions. From there, he’ll recommend a tailored treatment plan based on the data. If necessary, he can also help you triage, including providing next steps and referrals to trusted specialists in his network.

Restore

Treatment for men and women includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and tailored solutions, such as medical-grade, targeted supplements, to augment or replace what your body isn’t getting or is no longer producing. Dr. Mehta will also coordinate with any other doctors to ensure continuity of care.

Dr. Steven Mehta is a double board-certified medical specialist who has been named one of Phoenix Magazine’s “Top Docs.” He attended medical school and residency at Northeastern Ohio Medical University. He then completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Louisville and did specialized training in interventional cardiology at the Arizona Heart Institute.

Dr. Mehta has practiced interventional cardiology for many years and has been treating venous disease since 2007. He leverages this background, as well as his extensive training in epigenetics, hormones and peptides, to fully assess each patient's health down to the cellular and vascular levels. This allows him to create customized, medically sound treatment plans based on an individual's unique biology and needs.
